Lost/Stolen Packages

a2cfashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to us Adji.a2cfashion@gmail.com.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at adji.a2cfashion@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

By placing an order on a2cfashion, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to a2cfashion. Please refer to our Return policies for further information on how to make a return.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it. You must address this with you post office. We do not issue a refund for packages that is being delivered.  

 

Shipping times

Majority of all orders arrive between 5 to 10 business days for the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order is placed.

After your payment is authorized and verified, we will process your order as soon as possible, but it can still take up to 1 to 4 business days to get your order shipped.
